I know up to now all my post have either been about board sports or the lifestyle of being on the water. But we can't ever forget why man first decided to venture into the sea... FOOD.
It is in hornor of that my friends and I have a catfish trounament every year on Lake Norman. It has grown in the last few years to quite a large events. This year we had 15 boats with 5 man crews on all of them. I was the designated cook because I would generally stay at the house and cook the fish rather than take my cold hind end out there to catch them.
There was a record 230 lbs. of fish caught this year and the winning boats name was "Rebel Yachters" all in all a great success.
